The talented artist/owner invites you to enjoy tasteful and thoughtfully placed creations in every room. This beautiful single-level, pet-friendly home includes 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms, and even a private fenced dog run so you can bring your favorite furry family members.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, and the large dining table invites happy gatherings. The open living room has plenty of seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large TV for watching movies. A private center courtyard has a hot tub and a new gas grill. From Hummingbird Hideout you can walk to the beach, to Blue Water Bistro Restaurant and Bar, The Links Golf Course, and Club House. Several access trails lead to many nearby beaches.

You will also be entertained by the golfers on the 15th fairway, as well as parades of egrets, herons, and gulls.

Pacific Flyaway is a spacious three-bedroom home with two spa-like bathrooms that were recently remodeled. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of counter space, equipped with all the tools and gadgets you may need to whip up a fabulous meal.
