- We manage all day-to-day operations on an ongoing basis. We take care of all marketing, guest bookings, customer service, nightly rates, housekeeping, maintenance, damage insurance, monthly statements, and file quarterly TOT tax returns.
- Our management fees are substantially lower than other area property managers, putting more money in your pocket! Better yet, our management fees decrease the longer we manage your property!
- We don’t try to justify excessive management fees by providing cheap paper products or toiletries in tiny plastic bottles that damage the environment. We provide high-quality household brand name consumable items (i.e. Bounty paper towels, Cottonelle toilet paper, Tide laundry detergent). Where possible, the products we provide are fragrance-free, cruelty-free, and responsibly sourced.
